Welp this is a tough contest since from the start DA basically already has what they want, but I still found it to be a fun exercise anyway.

This shows 1 concept with 2 slight variants. Logo wise the top is slightly different. One being a safer nod to old school and the other just trying to push into curvy organic a smidgn' further. Text styles are changed for each as well to show some options.

Since there were so many guidelines the concept is pretty straight forward in which I'm taking a more techno approach to the existing sample logo. Although the inside is very sharp and angular, the surrounding border line uses curved corners to add some organic flavor while not clashing with the rest of the design. It was a bit bland at first so I cut into the top part of the border, then later the bottom which seems to help balance. For the text I tried my best to make something bold and simple, but with juuuust enough extra cuts and angles to make it unique.
